The hostel offered a unique and environmentally friendly feature where the power for each bunk only worked when the key card was inserted. This added a sense of security and helped conserve energy. The staff at the hostel were very friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The showers were spotlessly clean and the overall hostel had a modern feel to it. The bed in the dorm seemed wider than a typical bunk and had a private feel to it. The location of the hostel was great as it was within walking distance to the sky train and there were many restaurants nearby to choose from.
One minor inconvenience was that when I was out and about, I couldn't charge my appliances as the power for each bunk only worked when the key card was inserted. the breakfast options could have been more varied and healthier.

The spacious bathroom had all the amenities we needed, like a hairdryer and mirror. It felt nice to have everything within reach during our stay. As a family, we appreciated the convenience. The double bed room was great because it gave us more space. We loved the privacy curtain and divider that separated the beds. It made us feel comfortable and cozy. The private dormitory room was ideal for our small group of friends. It accommodated us perfectly and we enjoyed staying together. The air-conditioned rooms had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. We loved being able to relax and watch TV after a long day exploring Bangkok. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the "Mahanakorn Building" from our room. It was a breathtaking sight that we will never forget. We also appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast and fresh towels. It was a nice touch that made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
Personally, we didn't enjoy one feature from the room. But we understand that it may vary for others.

I stayed at this new hostel for three nights and was impressed by the superb facilities. Each bed in the dorms had its own sleeping cabin with a lockable cupboard, ensuring privacy and security. The state-of-the-art bathrooms were clean and tidy, although the urinals could be a bit bigger. The private two-bed room looked like a three or four-star hotel room. The rooftop terrace provided a great view of the city skyline at night. The friendly and helpful staff added to the pleasant atmosphere, and the dining area was a nice place to relax. it was a fantastic experience.
Totally recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Warm Window Silom. The location was perfect, with a Hindu temple and a beautiful photography gallery just a stone's throw away. There were also plenty of shops and authentic Thai food options nearby. The private double room I booked was great value for money and had its own bathroom. I also loved the new and modern amenities, which made me feel like I was in a luxury hotel. The rooftop was a highlight, offering a picturesque night city view and the convenience of doing laundry. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel.
